1. Overview. This website is operated by Lumicé. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein (our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy). If you do not agree to all the terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are of legal age and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products. Lumicé products are cosmetic skincare items intended for external use only. Product images and colors are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in product descriptions or availability at any time.

4. Cosmetic disclaimer. Our products are cosmetics, not medical or pharmaceutical products. Statements about our products have not been evaluated to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Results vary from person to person. We recommend a patch test before first use. If you have a skin concern or condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Pricing & payment. All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms.

7. Accuracy of your information. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Lumicé name, logo, text, images, and design — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written consent.

9. Prohibited uses. You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to transmit malware, to collect others' information, or to interfere with the security of the Service.
