When will my order ship?
Batch 001 is shipping now. Free shipping on every order. Orders arrive in 3 to 9 business days from order, processing included. We send tracking by email as soon as your order goes out.
Why did you cancel your first launch?
One preservative in the original formula is restricted for leave-on products. We closed the store three hours after opening and reformulated. The full story is on our About page, and the paper trail lives on The Documents.
What does the Lumicé serum do?
It's a daily glow serum built around one active: a stabilized form of Vitamin C, to help skin look brighter and more even.
What's actually in it?
The full ingredient list is published on The Documents page and the product page. One active: 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid). The serum does not contain Vitamin E or Hyaluronic Acid, and it is lightly fragranced. Both are on the label, because we publish the label.
When will I see a difference?
With consistent daily use, skin can look fresher and more radiant over the first few weeks. Glow rewards routine rather than one-off use. The 30-day guarantee covers you while you find out.
How big is the bottle and how long does it last?
It's a 30ml bottle. With daily morning use of three drops, one bottle lasts roughly four to six weeks.
How do I use it?
In the morning, press three drops onto clean, dry skin, then follow with your moisturizer and SPF. Sixty seconds, and consistency is the most important part.
Will it suit my skin?
Every skin is different, which is exactly why the guarantee exists. Patch test on the jawline for two nights before regular use. The full ingredient list is published, on the product page and on The Documents; read it before you order. For specific skin conditions, ask your dermatologist.
Can I use it with retinol or other actives?
Yes, but space them out. It layers cleanly under moisturizer, SPF and makeup; if you also use retinol or exfoliating acids, alternate them on separate evenings.
Do I really need SPF?
Yes. Daily SPF is the single best companion to a vitamin C routine. Wear it every morning.

Will I pay duties?
Some orders may be subject to import duties and carrier fees on delivery, determined by your local customs authority. They're not included in our prices, and we tell you here rather than letting the doorstep do it. Full details on the shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.
Can I subscribe?
Not yet. A Subscribe & Save option is coming: deliveries every six weeks, matched to how long a bottle actually lasts, with skip or cancel any time from your account or by email. Until it is live, every order is a one-time purchase at the listed price.
What's your return policy?
Every order is backed by the 30-Day Glow Guarantee: one email, money back, no return label. You keep the bottle. One claim per customer.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
