Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 14 days. Delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $79 USD ship free.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders, including orders shipped to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and Lumicé Skin has no control over these charges or ability to predict their exact amount. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, the cost of return shipping and any fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Order changes & address corrections

Need to change your shipping address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@lumiceskin.com. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, email us at support@lumiceskin.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
