We ship to the United States and Canada.

Free shipping on every order. Orders arrive in 3 to 9 business days from order, processing included. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and any fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

If your tracking has not updated in 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@lumiceskin.com and we will help.

Need to change your address or cancel your order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can still make the change.
