We want you to love your Lumicé routine. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Lumicé Vitamin C Glow Serum, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery under the terms below. Email support@lumiceskin.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.
For unopened items: full refund once returned in original, sealed condition. For opened items: we offer a one-time goodwill refund of up to 100% of the product price, at our discretion, without requiring a return.
What's not covered
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery. Items damaged by misuse, sun exposure, or improper storage. Bundle items where only part of the bundle is returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email support@lumiceskin.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. It may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For unopened-item returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Most orders process within 1 business day.
