Shipping policy

Where we ship. The United States and Canada.

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum, no threshold.

Delivery time. Orders arrive in 3–9 business days from order, processing included.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties. Orders may in some cases be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees determined by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping and any fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your address at checkout. To change an address or cancel, email support@lumiceskin.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.

Lost, stuck, or damaged. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@lumiceskin.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
