Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on orders over $79. Orders under $79 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.
Customs and duties. International orders may, in rare cases, be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your local customs authority. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility. We declare every order accurately to keep this risk low.
Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking after the processing window, contact support@lumiceskin.com and we will help.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays. Carrier and customs delays can occasionally affect delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable window, email support@lumiceskin.com and we will help track it down.
Lost or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@lumiceskin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
